Counselling for Adults
A safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and make sense of what you are carrying.

Is Adult Counselling right for me?
If life feels heavier than it should, if anxiety or stress are affecting your daily life, or if you are tired of carrying everything alone, counselling can be a place to begin.
You do not have to carry it all alone.
There are times in life when emotions feel too much, thoughts become exhausting, relationships feel strained, or old wounds begin to affect the present more than we realise.
Some people come to counselling because something painful has happened. Others come because they are tired of coping alone. Some do not know exactly what is wrong, only that something feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to manage.
Counselling offers a space where you can bring what is real, at your own pace, and begin to make sense of it with support.
What adult counselling can help with
Adult counselling may support you with:
Anxiety and overthinking
Stress and emotional overwhelm
Burnout and exhaustion
Low self-esteem and self-doubt
People-pleasing and difficulty with boundaries

You do not need to be in crisis to come to counselling.
You may simply know that something does not feel right, and that you are ready for support.
What to Expect
Each session offers a dedicated online space for you to slow down and focus on what matters.
In the first session, we look at what is bringing you to counselling, what has been feeling difficult, and what kind of support may be most helpful for you.
There is no pressure to explain everything perfectly or know exactly where to begin.
We start with where you are and work at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
My Approach
My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to you.
As an integrative counsellor, I work in a way that respects your individuality. I do not believe in forcing people into one method or one fixed way of working.
Some clients need space to talk openly and feel deeply heard. Others benefit from understanding patterns, exploring how the past may still be affecting the present, or learning new ways of responding to thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Depending on what you bring, I may draw from approaches such as person-centred therapy, CBT-informed tools, psychodynamic understanding, transactional analysis, Gestalt therapy, and solution-focused work.
This means our sessions can be supportive and practical, reflective and grounding, always shaped around your needs.
Cancellation policy
Appointments can be rearranged or cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
