I am an integrative counsellor and holistic therapist, and I support adults, children, and young people who want to feel safer in themselves, understand their emotional world more deeply, and create lasting inner change.

 

Many of the people who come to me are carrying more than they show on the outside. They may look like they are coping, but inside they feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or weighed down by experiences they have never fully had the space to process.

 

My work offers a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel heard, understand yourself more clearly, and begin to heal in a way that feels real.

My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to you.

Some people come to therapy because they are struggling with what is happening in the present — anxiety, grief, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, relationship pain, or feeling lost in themselves.

Others come because they sense that something deeper has been affecting them for a long time. They may notice repeating emotional patterns, inner conflict, unresolved pain, body-based symptoms, or a strong pull toward deeper healing and self-understanding.

My work combines grounded counselling support with deeper therapeutic and holistic approaches, depending on what feels right for you.

I do not believe people need to be forced, fixed, or rushed. I believe they need a compassionate space where they can be seen clearly, heard without judgement, and supported in a way that honours their individuality.

That means our work is not about pushing you into something before you are ready.

It is about helping you feel safe enough to speak honestly, understand what you are carrying, make sense of deeper patterns, and move towards greater emotional clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

My work is supported by training and practice across psychology, integrative counselling, hypnotherapy, regression therapy, psychosomatic therapy, parts therapy, QHHT, and energy cleansing.

I am also a member of professional organisations, including the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists and the National Association of Specialists in Psychosomatics.

I care deeply about offering a space that is confidential, respectful, client-led, and ethically held.
