Online Counselling for Adults, Children, Young People, and Couples
Because healing begins the moment you feel truly heard.
Life can feel heavy sometimes. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you are carrying.
Counselling offers a safe, supportive space where you do not have to hold it all alone.
I offer online counselling for adults, children, young people, and couples — a calm and confidential space to talk, reflect, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin moving towards greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and change.
Who I Work With
Counselling is tailored to the stage of life, relationships, and emotional challenges you are facing.
Children and Young People
I also offer counselling for children and young people who may be finding it hard to cope with big feelings, anxiety, low confidence, friendship issues, family changes, school stress, emotional regulation, or difficult experiences they do not yet have the words for.
My work with younger clients is gentle, age-appropriate, and focused on creating a safe space where they can express themselves, feel understood, and build emotional
Couples
Couple counselling offers a supportive space for two people to slow things down and talk more openly, honestly, and safely.
This work can help when communication has broken down, conflict keeps repeating, trust has been affected, emotional distance has grown, or the relationship is going through stress, change, or uncertainty.
The aim is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to understand what is happening between you and create space for more clarity, connection, and healthier communication.
A space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin untangling what is weighing on you
My role is not to fix you or tell you who you should be.
My role is to walk alongside you with care, empathy, and professional support, helping you make sense of your experience, reconnect with your inner resources, and move through life with more clarity and self-understanding.
Some people come to counselling because they are in a difficult season of life. Others come because they are tired of repeating the same patterns and want to understand themselves more deeply.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

You do not need to be in crisis to come to counselling. Sometimes you may simply know that something does not feel right, and that you are ready for support.
What to Expect
Each counselling session offers a dedicated online space for you to slow down and focus on what matters.
In the first session, we talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what support you are looking for, and what you hope may change or feel different over time.
We also go through the practical side of working together, including confidentiality, boundaries, and how sessions will be held.
From there, the work develops around you, your pace, your needs, your goals, and your process.
There is no pressure to have everything neatly explained.
You do not need to know exactly where to start.
We begin with where you are.

Online counselling from the comfort of your own space
Sessions are offered online, making therapy more accessible, flexible, and private.
Online counselling can be a valuable option for adults, young people, and couples who want support from the comfort of home or who need therapy that fits more easily around life, work, parenting, or distance.
