  • explore which type of support may be most suitable

  • get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit

This call is not a therapy session. It is a short, supportive conversation to help you feel clearer about your next step.

A more detailed intake, your full goals, and any deeper background information will be explored in your first booked session.

If you decide to move forward, you will then be able to book the session that feels most appropriate for your needs.

If needed, a client intake form will be sent before your first full session.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you book
