Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will be charged in full. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please make sure you join from a quiet, private space and are ready at the time of your appointment.
